2.1 Advance Payment & Instant Credit Allocation: The Client (Hamza, Dubai) is paying ₹20,000.00 as an advance deposit today. In exchange, Viral Marketing Boss is allocating and issuing 200 Service Credits (at the valuation of 1 Credit = ₹100) directly to the Client's dedicated dashboard effective today.
2.2 Dedicated Client Dashboard Access: The Agency shall provide Hamza with secure access to a dedicated Client Dashboard. Through this dashboard, the Client shall have 24/7 visibility into their active credit balance (200 Credits), itemized deduction logs, task turnaround status, and can submit and authorize creative service requests in real-time.
2.3 Service Redemption & Rate Card: All services and deliverables requested by the Client shall be redeemed directly against active credits as per the agreed Rate Card:
• Basic Editing Style (Clean Cuts + Fast Captions): 4 Credits (₹400 / video)
• Mid-Tier Editing Style (Podcast / B-Roll / Multi-Cam): 6 Credits (₹600 / video)
• Pro Storytelling & Motion (Rizwan Sajan / US Map): 7 Credits (₹700 / video)
• Signature Real Estate Style 1 (Sobha 3D Showcase): 35 Credits (₹3,500 / showcase)
• Basic Editing Style (Clean Cuts + Fast Captions): 4 Credits (₹400 / video)

2.4 Credit Rollover & Top-Up: The Client may top-up additional credits at the standard rate of ₹100 per credit at any time. Unused credits shall roll over for the duration of the active agreement period.
